"Pros: This property is in a great location, has a beautiful deck area off of the master bedroom, was clean and had HVAC.Cons: Privacy is a BIG concern. This is a multiple unit dwelling, which is not a problem. The issue was the lack of privacy. There is a door in the kitchen with a window that faces a stairwell. The renter who lives in the upstairs unit must access the attic through this stairwell. The door with the window is labelled "Emergency Exit". When you stand in the kitchen and a man...
