The room was quite nice, really large and the bed lovely. Large windows with black out curtains look out to the street where you are perhaps 100 yards from the Frontenac and wonderful shopping/dining. Some things to note, it’s now quite cold in Quebec and the room was as cold as 66 degrees. We found out there is no way to make the room warmer - it’s centrally controlled and they will not adjust it. (Yes, we spoke to 3 different people). Bring layers for wearing outside AND inside the room. Per some other reviews, note, you can ask for more coffee and they will give it to you and the elevator does work, (you have to hold the button you are choosing down the whole time). Staff did bring what you needed if you called them, (and they weren’t out, e.g. paper towels). The kitchen is pretty sparsely appointed, but you can manage. Knowing all this, (and now that I’m the owner of some new Roots sweats), the location and room would make me come back!
