Amazing views from this property. Great location in Palm Springs. The stairs were a bit of a struggle for three ladies ages 62, 77, and 86. Was my fault for not checking the accessibility features search filter. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size. The house looked like a model home. The street is quiet, but this house is next to an undeveloped lot. I was a little concerned about leaving our car out at night. Thankfully the garage is large enough to park two cars inside. The backyard is decorated and maintained nicely. There are several large cactuses that are in bloom. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The home was large and nice with plenty of space. It was nicely decorated and had board games. I liked that each bedroom had TVs and its own full bathroom. I will mention that there was a lack of curtains in the bathrooms. The location was close to downtown but as already mentioned there is empty lot views from the balconies and surrounding the property. The pool area and patio area were small. Overall it was a nice and peaceful rental. Hosts were great at communicating.

The house itself was great. Each bedroom had its own bath which was wonderful. Kitchen was stocked well. Only thing that we didn't realize is there was construction going on all around the house, adjoining properties not the house itself. It really wasn't that much of a bother, but it did come as a little bit of a surprise.

Golf Weekend

Thoughtful design and layout makes this home with a small footprint feel huge. Three bedrooms upstairs each with their own en-suite bathroom works well for multiple guests. The yard is small but it felt like all you need with it’s indoor/outdoor integration to the home.

We adored everything about this sleek, stylish, and extremely practical house and didn’t want to leave! The owner was quite helpful with resolving a mysterious beeping from the fridge and was utterly chill about our having dogs there and about the checkout process. No chores! Location was close to old downtown. Kitchen was retrofitted well even with spices, paper towels etc. Plenty of room for everyone. There was 4 of us with 3 1/2 bathroom. 1/2 bathroom was large and downstairs which proved convenient. TVs in all rooms is good. Pool is very nice but small, space around it is tight, wish there could have been a couple of lounge chairs that would fit over by the bbq. Couldn’t use the sliding glass door, but still had access via the fold out doors. Overall, we really enjoyed the home and would rent ot again.

The location of the property was great! Close to many places! Like that every bedroom had a full bathroom, however the surrounding property was dismal and dirty, garbage around the vacant lot! Overall I give the property a 3. There is alot of broken furniture and stair railing loose which was a safety hazard! Cleanliness wasn't up to part. Property has a lot of wear and tear! No property manual provided

Perfect Girls Weekend Spot!

We had such an amazing time celebrating our friend’s upcoming wedding in this VRBO. The house was so cute and festive, it made our little decor touches feel that much more special. We cooked a dinner and lunch during our stay, and the property had all of the necessary cooking tools we needed to get the job done. The bedrooms were all comfy and it was really nice having a bathroom in each one (plenty of getting ready space for everyone!). We loved lounging in the pool and jacuzzi—there were even some pool floats and toys if you wanted them. Unfortunately, it was a super windy weekend, so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we’d have liked, but the house has everything you would need to enjoy the backyard. The host was super easy to communicate with and gave us a call as soon as the property was ready for us. He turned on the pool heater right when we requested it—it was truly amazing service. We had the best weekend and would love to stay here again when we come back to town.

Amazing Location & Views

We loved our stay in Palm Springs! This spot is nicely located so you can get to everything in a timely manner. You won’t be able to walk too much outside of a few bars & restaurants but we didn’t mind that. The pool was a consistent 85 degrees and we loved swimming with the mountains in the background. The only slight downside was the shape of certain parts of the property, as some others have stated. It didn’t upset us by any stretch but it looked as if the property had previously hosted bachelor parties. We saw leftover tape from where things had been hung for a party, mismatched paint on walls and visible scuff marks and dust in some areas. Again, nothing to take away from our experience! Our host was super responsive and our trip was amazing. I would highly recommend this property for traveling adults looking for some R&R!

5 star for two couples, 4.5 stars for three couples

We were three couples staying for the Palm Springs Modernism long weekend. The location was quiet, which suited our needs, and was close enough to everything that we wanted to do. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great for three couples, five stars. Each of the three bedrooms has an attached bathroom, which is what we needed and is somewhat hard to find. There was initially an issue with some missing towels, but the host very promptly corrected it. There are no drawers in any bedroom to unpack your suitcase, only closets with hangers, the host is going to consider adding some storage since there is ample room. I would give five stars for three couples if the host would consider adding seating in the living room and dining table to accommodate three couples. It’s really only set up to comfortably seat two couples together. We truly enjoyed the pool and spa. I was concerned about having to text the host each and every time we wanted the spa to be turned on, but the host was incredibly responsive so we were able to use the spa whenever we wanted. Be forewarned that there is a daily charge to have the pool and spa heated. That will be separate and apart from any amount that shows up on the VRBO quote. Apparently this is not uncommon. We would definitely stay again, great property and host.
