« Aprés avoir fait un voyage plutôt pénible, l'accueil a été "réconfortant". Le personnel chargé de nous conduire jusqu'à notre chambre nous a bien expliqué le réglement de l'hôtel et a de suite remarqué que l'air conditionne ne fonctionnait pas. Il a aussitôt appelé quelqu'un et ça a été réparé rapidement. La course en taxi ne coûte que 20 pesos jusqu'au centre ville et l'hôtel possède son propre "club de playa", accessible gratuitement par navette toutes les 30 minutes depuis l'hôtel. Le voyage...

"Bel hôtel bien rénové, bon repas, point faible c’est plus difficile d’avoir accès aux restaurants à la carte. Il faut faire la file 45 minutes minimum avant l’ouverture et ensuite c’est complet même s’il reste des tables de libres. J’avais déjà voyagé à ce Riu et les restaurants étaient toujours très facilement accessibles. C’est le gros négatif. Deuxième point, la piscine adulte nos costumes de bains ont de décolorés et pas un petit peu. Nous sommes pourtant restés seulement une heure environ chaque fois. Résultat 2 maillots de qualité (La vie en rose) à jeter. "
