All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area! (if you are looking for a discounted activity or tour of any kind, please read all the way through listing!)

While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The master has a king bed and television, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

Perfect Location for a trip to Ouray
The condo was perfect for us. Two bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The kitchen was well stocked. Very close to downtown Ouray and Imogene Pass Rd.

We had a big group and most of us were able to stay at the 3 condos. It was perfect for us. We had our own place, but could easily gather outside on the lawn. The condos had everything we needed. We love Ouray and would definitely stay at this location again.

The location of this condo is ideal - walking distance to shops and restaurants, Box Canon, and the Perimeter Trail. We had been vacationing with our small travel trailer and, as advertised, there was a convenient place to part it close by. Cam, the host, was very accommodating and responded quickly. The first day was uncommonly hot, and I asked for a few extra box fans. They were delivered within an hour! Thanks for making our family getaway a success.

My teenagers and I stayed at the Nordic, and it exceeded our expectations. I had to reach out with a question, and I received a helpful response immediately. The property is in a great location (just a couple blocks from Main St) with beautiful views. Everything is well-kept, and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. I highly recommend this property!

What a great couple of nights for us! Everything in town is a short walk away. The owner was very helpful with recommendations. The home is exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two to four people. The front has a yard which was perfect for our dog. Really appreciated the laundry detergent which came in handy! Bed was a little firm for our preference. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The couch is pretty worn out. It looks good, but we found some of the cushions to not have much cushion left. With that, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay here again!

Nice stay for our family of 5 for 2 nights. Very clean and well-maintained property. Good location near town and river. Most everything you need. Air circulation was a bit of a struggle even with fans in the living room area, especially for the 1 sleeping on the sofa bed. Maybe add another box fan for that purpose. We recommend and would stay again for another trip.

This was a 41st reunion trip with me and two friends who had traveled the country at 20. Ouray was always one of our favorite stops, so we decided to visit again. The location of this condo was great you can walk to everything and being able to hear the river was wonderful. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever return.
