Please come and share our newly updated and fully furnished family condo located across the cove from Margaritaville. Enjoy the views of the main channel and Margaritaville cove from our deck including the spectacular holiday fireworks right outside your door. Pelican Bay resort offers an outdoor swimming pool (including kiddy pool) basketball court, and lakefront Boardwalk

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, master bath, large walk-in closet, and access to the deck. Enjoy waking up every morning to the delightful main channel view. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub shower combination. In the living room you will find a queen sized sleeper sofa with additional pillows and blankets provided. The kitchen is fully furnished.

Great Condo on the Lake

Nice, updated condo in a prime location! Had all of the amenities and kitchen nicely stocked with utensils, etc. Owner very communicative and easy to work with, very responsive and sends very detailed instructions that make for a seamless check-in and checkout. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place at LOTO!

Great clean condo!

This condo was super cute, clean and cozy. The deck over looks the lake. They have high top outdoor chairs that are perfect to sit in and prop your feet up to enjoy the lake view. The location is very close to Margaritaville and Redheads. About a 5 min drive. We will return.

Baseball Weekend

We loved the location and the peacefulness of the area. It rained a bit while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked. My child loved the pool and having it all to himself. The only thing we struggled with was getting comfortable in the beds and the pillows. The unit was clean and Nick was quick to respond to every message. Overall for the reason we’re in town the unit was perfect.

Weekend get away

The home was very clean though smelled a bit musty but we bought candles to help. More seating in the living room would have been nice such as a recliner or love seat so that we felt like we didn’t only have the couch to relax on. The WiFi was slow as the shows kept buffering or losing connection which was a bit frustrating. The neighbors were very nice and location was perfect. Thank you.

The condo has a great lake view, was clean and decorated nicely, was stocked well with anything you would need and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it!
