"Para empezar...soy platinum member de expedia desde hace mas de 10 años... No visiten este hotel! No sirve el telefono No sirve el clima.estamos a 38 grados.. No me cambiaron de cuarto. El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal...."

"This is an awesome place! It has a small kitchen area that is well stocked with necessary items for eating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had secure parking. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and tiendas nearby. I would definetly return. "
