The Crusader House was perfect. It is centrally located, clean and well stocked. We are a family of five and it suited us fine. Easy in and out!

Spacious, well located property

First impression of the property was a light, airy, spacious living area fully suitable for our party size. The bedrooms were a bit on the small size but adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, the downside was the en suite bathrooms, both in my opinion were in need of some TLC and maybe refurbishment but that didn't detract from a pleasant stay. The location and that fact there was a parking space were great. The communication with our host Jack was 1st class, from initial booking to arrival. Overall a very good stay

Full detail already shared with provider. Unfortunately our family overnight stay in this apartment was very disappointing. The photos attached and uploaded are definitely from when the apartment was new. This could be an amazing apartment if looked after and kept in a lovely condition .

The key collection was a bit difficult as i’m short and couldn’t see the combo on the lock box and could barely reach. through the rails. Flat needed a spruce up. Rug and couch grubby. The are was v central, next to the Thurland arms. Host responsive
