Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

8/10 Good

"First contact was Pamela at the check-in. She was not very friendly and actually gave wrong information regarding parking. She told me there was no on deck parking available, but one of the employees outside noted that there was parking and he actually went to another person to get that fixed for me. I just happened to be standing with the other employee at the front desk when I heard Pamela give someone else after me deck parking. The parking guys were fantastic. They helped us park and were very nice to us. The hotel is very clean and easy to get around in -signage is good. Directions are good. Water pressure is excellent- plenty of towels and the bed linens were immaculate. Attractions outside the hotel are within walking distance if you are able to walk on uneven ground. Another employee at the front desk whose name I unfortunately did not get helped us get to the Falls and provided a map. That was very helpful. Based on the views and the quality of the hotel, I would not hesitate to recommend it. However, I would suggest that Pamela have some training."
