I enjoyed that the desk was manned 24/7 and everyone seemed to speak English (my primary language) well enough there were zero issue with language barriers. A hiccup caused by one staff member was corrected promptly and efficiently. Location of the hotel was AMAZING and so close to many cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to all the main sights. If you are a light sleeper, the doors seem to be fire doors and close VERY loudly, regardless of how softly you close them. Not a big issue, but it definitely woke me up a few times. Even with that, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Excellent staff and location really make for an amazing trip to such a wonderful city.
