Modern, Luxury, Spacious home w/ Private Backyard

Located in a peaceful, safe, and highly central neighborhood! This listing is in the heart of San Diego and is 12 minutes away from Downtown/Gaslamp, & 3rd ave Chula Vista for nightclubs/ breweries, and 2 minutes away from the shopping center. Includes a KING SIZE BED. More importantly, for the safety of our guests…ever since COVID-19 pandemic hit the region I have went ahead & implemented a specific & profesional sanitizing guideline for each reservation to give our guests peace of mind.
The space
The house is newly remodeled & has a modern minimalist touch to it. Has ceramic flooring & brand new furniture throughout. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with a gas range stove, full fridge/freezer, quarts countertops & a dining room table. Teapot & coffee maker & all new cooking/serving utensils. Has A/C & heater throughout the whole home. Master bedroom has an EASTERN KING BED & 55" TV, family room has 65" TV, both with Netflix & more. Living room has a sofa bed with a queen size memory foam mattress. Wifi is included. Washer/dryer as well. Has a security camera in the front of the property facing the main entrance door. Nice solid home.

Has a ping pong & foosball table for your enjoyment.
- Maximum night stay allowed PER RESERVATION is 28 nights
Has brand new installed central forced air A/C that blows ice cold. PLEASE shut all windows when running A/C, and turn off when you leave the house for the day! Thank yo

Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect home for a weekend getaway. It accommodated eight women perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was clean, and it did not take more than 15 minutes to get to the Gaslamp district. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great house!
Everything at the house was perfect. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the outside backyard was lovely with the firepit. The host was super responsive leading up to our stay, especially because we were trying to get in to the house early. They kept me in the loop about check in, instructions were very clear. Our stay was great! The house is very clean and everything inside is well kept and pretty much new. We had everything we needed. The rental process was smooth and the owner responded right away to answer any questions I had. The house was perfect for our family.
