This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester.

Within a few minute walk of Piccadilly station. Reception staff were all very friendly and check in was quick and easy. All areas of the hotel are immaculate. An impressive building and an amazing room. One of the comfiest beds we have slept in. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

Although the staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are starting to look really tired. Especially the Loft. Some of the “premium” one bed apartments are not premium at all. The layout on some of them aren’t good. It’s just pot luck if you do get a good one. The sofas are very uncomfortable and so are the beds. Lack of hangers/wardrobe space & lights. No coffee machine in the room this time. Lifts are often out of order/slow. We have stayed here a good few times now due to it being dog friendly & the location is good but unfortunately this will be the last. We have tried to give this a chance but the dirty broken sofa in the loft and all the bits mentioned above have put us off unfortunately. Like I said, not the staffs fault. They are all very lovely and do their best.
