Nestled on wooded grounds with towering pine trees and mountain views, Magnolia Lodge 3 offers the atmosphere of a secluded retreat with the convenience of out-the-door ski access, restaurants and shops just steps away.

Thoughtfully constructed with hardwood and natural stone floors, granite countertops, and a unique stone facade, this 2-bedroom condo is designed with modern amenities and a classic lodge ambiance, including 10-foot ceilings, a private deck and heated tile floors in every bathroom.

The spacious living area, styled in mountain modern decor, features two full-length sofas and a comfy armchair framing an impressive stone fireplace and 65-inch HD TV for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes. French doors allow light to flood the room and formal dining area, where a charming hardwood table with family-style breakfast bench seats up to 6 guests. In the gourmet kitchen, ample counter space and stainless steel appliances will delight the family chef. Or soak in your private hot tub after a day of exploring all that the Mammoth Lakes area has to offer.

Just up the stairs, the spacious primary suite, elegantly styled with high-end linens and hardwood furniture, features a flat-screen TV and en-suite bath with a luxurious soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and twin, flat-screen TV and en-suite bath. An additional full bath and private washer and dryer add further convenience.

Outside, a peaceful deck overlooks the mountains with a BBQ grill and private covered hot tub for apres-ski at home, although you’ll have plenty of options within walking distance in Mammoth Village. In the winter enjoy ski-in, ski-out access from the Village Gondola, located steps from your door, and in the summer, take advantage of biking and hiking trails, lakes, and the Snowcreek Golf Course, all a short drive away. Two heated underground parking spaces and a private entrance makes it easy to explore Mammoth by car.

Worst stay ever! I do not recommend this property.
There is a large constantly barking dog RIGHT next door, day and night. Interrupted sleep in the night and relaxation in the day, every single day. Management was non responsive, eventually asking me what they were supposed to do. My calls to manager during my stay were not returned. Days later, someone from corporate called but refused my request for a refund. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend!

Fantastic!
This property is ideally located. The host contacts were very responsive with any issues we had. The property was very well kept and clean. Beautiful decor with very convenient lay out. The little details like the underground garage and heated driveways made this visit to Mammoth as hassle free as possible.

Amazing condo with incredible property manager!
We couldn't have been happier with our rental experience. It all started off with Carlos (I think that was his name) with Natural Retreats and his attentiveness to some pre-check-in needs. He was great! The property was immaculate, well-stocked with supplies, in a great location and having a reserved parking spot was incredible. We will definitely rent this property again!

Spacious, well appointed, luxurious, and did not disappoint. Located half a block from the Village Gondola. Loved the direct and private access from the parking garage. Beds were very comfortable and felt just like home. The only negative, and it’s a BIG one, was that the private outdoor hot tub was green and dirty upon arrival. The private hot tub was a very important factor for us in choosing this unit. It should have been drained and filled prior to our arrival. I have a hot tub twice the size of this one, and mine fills up in 55 minutes using a standard garden hose. Extremely disappointing, particularly when I emailed the property manager days before our arrival to request that the hot tub would be clean for us.

Modern, great location, personal hot tub!
This condo is located right next to the Village Lodge so the location is ideal. You can easily walk to the Village gondola which takes you up to Canyon Lodge. The condo is clean, new and spacious and the property management company does a good job in quickly responding to questions or concerns. Unlike many other places we have stayed, the unit was also well stocked with basic ammenities so we didn't need to buy extra dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, or garbage bags. For our family, being able to actually use a kitchen is a major focus point so that we don't have to eat out every meal. This kitchen is so well prepared that we were able to cook almost every meal here. A nice grill, modern stove and oven and pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and plates were all available and accessible so we didn't have to struggle to make meals. The personal hot tub was also a major plus - coming home after a day on the slopes and being able to jump in your own hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. Our only real issue with the condo was that the downstairs thermostat overrode the upstairs thermostat. So, even though we had the upstairs thermostat set to 64 degrees, heat still came pouring out of the vents because the downstairs thermostat was set to 69 and would heat up whenever it hit 68 degrees. Because heat rises, the upstairs (where both bedrooms are) was consistently 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs. If we had known this, we would have set the downstairs temp to 64 or 65 that first night. Since we didn't and there was no notification, we had a pretty miserable first night with the upstairs temperature well over 80 degrees even with the windows open in 20 degree weather outside. Once we realized this was the case, we were able to regulate the upstairs temperature by setting the downstairs to a lower temp and keeping windows open upstairs before we went to bed. However, this management company is on the ball and is now aware of this problem so I would hope that future residents are either made aware of the problem or that the thermostats are fixed so that the downstairs thermostat can no longer override the upstairs one.
