--outlets were not working, we could not charge our phones all night!
-- Bathroom...no where to put your stuff, very inconvenient
--no glasses in room. Staff extremely unhelpful, would not bring up and said they don’t have housekeeping. Told us to go to the bar to get glasses. (the crowded bar)
--No waters in room and none in vending machine. Also, vending machine listed no prices and only took cash. I tried over $2 in change and it said it wasn’t enough. Who has cash these days?!
NOT the level of service you should get when paying this price! Plenty of nearby hotels with proper standards of service.
--The elevator dropped you at wrong floors repeatedly (spoke to other guests as well), and shook and banged and clanked like it was about to break. VERY SCARY
--Door to get in impossibly congested. Every time we entered we had to battle a crowd wanting to jam their way into the bar. Very annoying.
--When i called front desk in morning about outlets (as we needed to charge our phones!), it was 7am. She said "come down, I have some waters for you. And some free coffee". I went downstairs at 8:03am. And was then told "Oh sorry, free coffee hour is over". Now, if you're going to "offer" a free coffee hour.....you make it from 7-8am on a Sunday morning? That is RIDICULOUS, tacky & cheap.
-Parking is a hassle as well as they won’t tell you until you go in to checkin, good luck finding a “temporary spot”. This hotel is 2 stars at best. If you are paying $100,it’s fine.No more
