Property is good, rooms are average nothing too social but it’s clean. The elevators are a big problem( it takes too long to get a ride up or down) they do have hotel security/ staff directing traffic with elevators.

I checked in Thursday with my family and checked out Sunday. I reserved 2 rooms. We were in rooms 1990 and 1994 and i had made 5 noise complaints from our neighbors in room 1995. The noise complaints was teens arguing and blasting music all night long. There was also pounding on all doors by these drunk kids. i asked to be moved and all rooms were "sold out" i am very unsatisfied with the service and charges to my card. i would like a full refund.

Staff not being able to provide services as going through the brake down upon check in. Keys to room never working (went to change keys 3 times) inconvenient. Room was a mess, old coffee stains and dirty sheets. Nobody answers phone when calling for front desk or house keeping. Elevators always braking down and being a serious concern about people getting stuck.

Checked into room with air conditioner only putting out very little cool air. Room was hot. Went to talk with front desk clerk who was very rude and finally called engineering to check it. They finally did move me to another room after a lot of stress and arguing. Very bad customer service with an extremely rude clerk. Slot machines were fun and paid ok. Bed was ok also. Would have come back if not for rude service.
