I was at the Virgin River Hotel & Casino AFTER the Nevada governor mandated closure of all casinos due to the Covid19 pandemic. There was barely a skeleton crew manning the reception & the hotel. I am disabled and normally receive a room assignment close to the disabled parking stalls. This time I received a room on the second floor away from the elevator even when there were rooms available on the first floor. This room assignment was very difficult (& painful) to access. I asked the reception for a first floor room & she gave me an excuse. I was not offered any help to transport my luggage to/from my room.
