Welcome to our newly remodeled 1BR/1BA guest suite, business class Internet and wifi 6 coverage perfect setup for work from home or staycation. Centrally located in safe & quiet neighborhood between W Ave K and 20th St W, walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, Denny's, Wells Fargo, less than 1 mi or 3 min drive to Hwy 14!

We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

This is a cute 300sf remodeled attached 1BR/1BA guest suite with covered patio. It offers a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, instant pot, tea/coffee station, wardrobe, dinette, mini AC, 55" smart TV, IKEA MORABO sofa (genuine leather), fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, etc.

The suite can accommodate up to 4 guests: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa, 1 twin air mattress

The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.

Please note, we do have an onsite manager to assist all of our guests. You will be sharing the backyard with guests from the main house, 1 more guest suite. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of each others and our neighbors, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. For insurance purpose, please put down the exact amount of people who will be staying after midnight. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space.

Stayed 2 nights. It was a cute, simple place. My company and I had a quiet night in the first night making microwaved foods, making buldak ramen was interesting. The second night we went out. Thankfully it wasn't too hot in Lancaster but still to warm for my taste but the ac worked great. I would stay again
