Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:
Free High-speed Wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided in the living room on a 55' HD TV, and Netflix is available in all other rooms.

Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am.

To reach the property, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the gate staff.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We have a contracted trash pickup service that collects the trash on Monday mornings around 6am. If you have time, please strip any beds you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries.

Any guests who are not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house, as well as a list of drivers of the cars that will be granted access.

Two bicycles are provided upon request.

Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please refrain from accessing the course, as the HOA considers unauthorized access as trespassing.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit is connected to propane tanks. Please ensure that you turn both off when they are not in use.
