Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome. It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s...

First impressions are everything and this place had it in spades. From the welcome by Manuel and Rosa on-site hosts to the phone call from Elza the owner welcoming us and sending a bottle of wine to our room. This really cool Mexican B&B was special. The view was spectacular and our room was fantastic, it is actually a suite. You do really need a car though if you have walking issues as it is up a steep hill to the property, but the view as a result is worth it. Rosa cooks a fabulous breakfast...

Nice place, room very clean and staff very friendly.

The property was well looked after and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food and drinks were fantastic. The property felt extremely safe. I would highly recommend this property to groups looking for a relaxing vacation. There was no fighting over pool loungers or long waits for restaurants like I've experienced at other resorts. A couple of minor drawbacks: poor wifi reception, many of the listed amenities were not available during our stay, no room service available,...

They won’t let you outside late at night

We requested a ground floor apartment because our son has Down Syndrome and is Autistic and doesn’t navigate stairs too well. We didn’t want to spend spring break arguing with our son about climbing stairs so this was important to us. When we checked in we were extremely pleased to see the property has accommodated our request with a ground floor room and the service didn’t stop there! Every single aspect of our 10 day vacation was PERFECT! Our apartment was cleaned daily with no complaints...

This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would...

Excellent stay! We stayed in a kitchen suite and had a beautiful from the balcony! 3 pools and short walk to the beach. About a 15 minute walk into Bucerias for restaurants and night-life. We had a great time, thank you :)

The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. The food is phenomenal. So fresh! Between the two of us we had almost everything on the menu and it was all 10/10. The Mutua...

The property was made for relaxing (which was my goal for the trip) I spent 3 nights and had a different breakfast each morning (included freshly baked bread, fruit bowl and the main entree) Marcela was lovely and checked in with me as I came and went. She was incredibly helpful as I navigated San Pancho. The pool (salt water) and the gift shop in the corner were lovely amenities. Would highly recommend for the solo traveler or couples. It’s a great location (everything was less than 10 mins...

Beautiful room, very friendly staff, the roof top pool was beautiful. Only thing missing was a restaurant or bar, we were told it open in December…. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel very central

AMAZING. KITCHEN STAFF, FRONT DESK, ROOM ATTENDANTS, EVERYONE WAS PHENOMENAL. DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Great

We loved the king suite room with the balcony! Amazing views of the city, golf course, marina area & ocean in the distance. The room was beautifully equipped with comfortable king bed, small fridge, microwave, good sized TV, double sinks in bathroom and power drapes! The water pressure in shower was weak and we could have used a safety grab bar in the shower. Food in the snack bar (hot dogs & hamburgers) was very tasty, all in all , a most enjoyable stay!

The resort is only a few years old and has amazing foliage and very beautiful grounds that give it an exotic feel. The beach is well kept, calm and beautiful. The resort has multiple pools and secluded areas with great views. Faustino served us daily by the pool and his service was perfect. There are two main sit down restaurants. The essence restaurant alternates between Mexican and Mediterranean. It has a great ambiance with its secluded outdoor seating. The food is tasty and service by Luis...

The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open...

The staff at the property were excellent. Alondra, Carlos and the rest of the staff gave exceptional service. Nice clean rooms. Good view, located across from a quieter beach. Breakfast was fantastic and the 2 restaurants across the hotel were both excellent with great views to sit on the beach with good food and good drinks to enjoy the sunsets. The rooftop pool was beautiful with great views of the bay as well Walkable to the melacon and easy to get from the airport. We will stay here again
