« Hotel magnifique au calme. Chambre grande et très bien pensée avec dressing. La piscine de la chambre est très propre et les piscines de l’hôtel sont calmes et adaptées aux enfants en bas âge et très grande. La vue est incroyable et le petit déjeuner très bon (pancake excellent digne d’un chef). Le spa est très calme et reposant. Billard disponible avec clim et jeu d’échec. Les burgers sont très moyen je les conseilles pas. Le restaurant thaï est délicieux même si tout est un peu cher. L’eau est...

« C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Pour ne pas dire le meilleur. Tout dans cet hôtel est parfaitement pensé. Le personnel est très aimable, très gentil et au petit soin. Majda a sublimé notre séjour avec sa gentillesse ainsi que Raveesh au petit déjeuner. Ameen qui nous deposé en voiturette a chaque fois en voiture en bas de notre bâtiment. J'aurais beaucoup écris je ne saurais décrire la beauté de l'endroit, de la vue depuis la chambre. De l'espace pensé pour les familles...

« Great hotel with amazing customer service ! Best point for me was the way our room used to be cleaned … perfectly !! Location very good … close to the Beach and to night life … weak point was that breakfast is various but not tasty … so after 2-3 days we are losing that envy to get breakfast at hotel … so my advice is that for such standard Novotel should definitely improve the quality of its food products !! Even for dinner .. we had an issue with some dishes that was really not eatable…. »

"Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au SAii Laguna Phuket. L’hôtel est idéalement situé sur la plage de Bangtao, dans un environnement calme et reposant, tout en restant assez proche des commerces et restaurants.
