Really enjoyed this property as its very large and spacious. Also very conveniently located with easy access to the beach and shopping street. If you drive or ride, ample parking. Its not the closest to Bangla Walking street if thats where you are headed, but this is smack close to the shopping area. If fact, whole of Patong has ample eating and street shopping. Take note though that the street is a one way, so you would have to drive/ride in a loop Room is extremely spacious with separate makeup, working desk. Room has two queen beds for my selection of a pool access room. Really a great room option for all the perks. Breakfast is satisfactory with ample options, only downside is it gets really crowded. There are two dining halls. Also, the property has a bowling alley, snooker/pool table as well as a few different swimming pools to accomodate everyone. All in, a great property to stay in. Its a bit jaded in some areas, but i can see the effort in renovating and improving works in progress.

That fact that everything you need to satisfy thef amily is there. The only negative is the condition of the rooms. They need a refresh which i can see is happening currently. Bathrooms need resiliconing in the showers and more coats of paint on the walls. Other than that it was a fantastic stay at Gracelands and thankyou to everybody

A fantastic for a family getaway! This hotel has everything you my require.. We have stayed in many resorts in Thailand and the breakfast is one of the best we have come across.. The hotel has lots of Australians and Kiwis staying there and there the legends bar in the side st next to the hotel so you can watch the AFL or NRLfor Aussie sports fans

Phuket Graceland was an amazing stay. The room was clean & comfortable. Many activities indoors & out. Walking distance to beach, shops, dining, bars, money changers etc. The only things I can pick was the musty smelling elevator & maybe more European variety at breakfast. Most definitely would stay again.

What is not to love about Graceland Resort. The service from the staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it is recommending activities to providing that extra bottle of water or replacing your room key because you locked yours in the room. The staff make sure it is a home away from home, providing personal touches such as a surprise birthday cake in your room in your birthday or ensuring the doctor arrives quickly because you are sick or hurt yourself. Great facilities for families as well as adults to enjoy. The 3 pools are fantastic and sparkling. The resort is across the road from the beach, which is great as well.

Terrible experience, we had black mould in our room, a rat and power outages throughout our stay. Checked out three days early the Hotel refused to compensate for anything. The management and front of house, staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend staying at Graceland!
