The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, there was no restaurant on site. Breakfast though sufficient was basic. The pool area was lovely, but was never cleaned, neither was the pool itself. Outside facilities such as lighting were in need of repair. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff treated us well and were friendly. I liked the free regular shuttle to and from the mall and beach, and that the hotel is not right in town, away from the noise of chaotic Patong Town. It is close enough to walk though, so my opinion is this hotel has the perfect location. Pool was refreshing and clean, food in restaurant was good, and the breakfast was very adequate. Awesome to have hot milk to add to the coffee, nice touch. The Wi Fi worked decently for us, although finicky at times. I would suggest they get a better cable TV selection of Channels though, 15 channels with only 2 being English does not meet my standard. Overall a great stay.
