The best hotel we have stayed in. We have traveled the world. The location was great, the views from the pool was spectacular. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. The staff was friendly and most helpful. If you are in Phuket, it’s a must.

Perfect location! Best part is the free shuttle that takes you to Bangla Rd/Patong Beach. Saved a lot of Grab/Bolt money with the shuttle. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our every need/request. The staff made our stay worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean! The restaurant was good for dinner (pad Thai was great)! The pool area is nice and the hotel is a 1 min walk from a 7 Eleven which was a daily visit! I’d def recommend this hotel!

Great food and property specially the pool area is amazing. Its 3-4 km away from main area so we had to take cabs every-time. They also have a lot of dirty linen circulating, we had to ask for a change 2 times. They have vegetarian food option which is great as its little rare in phuket.

The staff were amazing from management to the cleaners they were so polite and helpful the room was amazing great sea views and very spacious and fully equipped The breakfast was amazing the widest variety I have ever seen in any hotel we can’t wait to revisit this hotel 👍👍👍👍❤️

Staff are great, location is good and close to town and the breakfast buffet is really complete. The cleanliness of the room was not perfect though. The windows and glasses were stained and you could see the track of the dirty cleaning. The shower room was not clean and you could see germ on the bottom of the walls. We had to ask to clean the room entirely in first night, and it got better but it seems they don’t have high standards in terms of cleaning. They were supportive and responsive though.

Breakfast was great, staff came to the room to clean around 3pmish. There's a shuttle that takes you to beach or shopping and it leaves once an hour. They offer laundry, but it's cheaper just to go to the 7/11 nearby and do laundry there if they offer it.

We had a lovely time here, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, bottled water and towels replaced when needed. Free shuttle service was very handy with good friendly driver. Buffet breakfast was amazing with serviced egg and drink stations. Only issue was room aircon wasn’t regulating properly, kept trying to freeze or cook us but would stay again.
