I stayed here for 2 weeks: Horrible guest behaviour..I had to change rooms 3x times due to noise and people partying until 6am. If you want a good night avoid this hotel. Walls are paper thin Pool water qaulity was disgusting Far from everything

The room was so smelly It is a known problem that the staff came with a spray to get rid of it , as soon as I called them . One pregnant lady wanted to change her room because she felt unwell . The staff do not speak English and the hotel is poorly sign posted . Little explanation is given when you check in as to the kay out which a strange design . The so called fridge in the room is mostly a warm cooler !! The room itself is spacious and nicely designed the water and shower flows nicely . When you call for ice , they direct you to the kitchen . The reception staff are very busy Eventually they bring you a bucket a . I think it is expensive for the price . Dinner yesterday with a bottle of wine was excellent . The beach is only to look at cause it is very rockey and no sand .

I love this property! I’ve stayed here a few times. Staff is always very welcoming. The breakfast is very good. Gym is small but does the job. The pools are nice. It’s close to the beach and Bangla road but far enough away it’s quiet. Rooftop bar offers good happy hour specials . Can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel is of good standard. I will firstly give the good side. If you request anything you get it at speed. The beds are fantastic and the rooms very good. The food is also very good. The negative side is that when you check in you have to pay a deposit we had one of £175 cash. Bit of a shock. We had booked a swim up room. The first room we were given was 9106 furthest room you can get from the reception. Its smelled so we got another one which was fine. It is a little out the way into patong free hotel bus or £5 tuk tuk.

Had the best time staying at The Nature! The hotel was great, our room had the pool access and it was beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly! We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, and the food at the hotel. The convenience of the location was also a plus. Santana the bartender at the pool bar was great ! Jeab and Kwang are also extremely kind and attentive. I would definitely return for my next visit to Phuket !

Overall quite a pleasant stay. Things were a bit worn out however very clean. The pools were nice our kids loved it, even had a little water slide. The staff was friendly, however a bit unorganized may be due to the high number people who were staying. The front desk guy charged us for three rooms then after the four-day stay when we were checking out, another staff explained that they need to charge more for two rooms due to their staff made some sort of mistake, we didn't want to ruin our holiday so just paid the amount and left without arguing. The Hotel food and breakfast were good but I would highly recommend the Street food tents right outside the Hotel, the portion and the taste were just amazing, plus it works very late for after-party hungry bellies.

It was amazing, we laid a little extra for the private spa pool which was well worth the money. Transport was easy however the free shuttle bus provided by the resort was often fully booked but luckily taxis were very close and not too expensive. My suggestion would be for them to double the amount of shuttle trips during the busy season.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, kind, and happy.
