Check in was fine, with staff bringing a beverage to each of us. Staff was friendly. But getting from different locations within the hotel to others are a hassle as the property is on a mountain. There are hotel shuttles that take you around, but it takes awhile sometimes. And you cannot walk out of property on your own, as there are no sidewalks and none of the markets or retailers are close to the hotel. Going out anywhere requires a car or taxi.

Almost perfect! The staff were wonderfully friendly and could not have done enough for you. The room (pool suite) was kept beautifully clean and well stocked each day. Unfortunately the pool didn’t get much sun, due to trees etc so the water was usually pretty cold so it didn’t get much use. The easily replaced items such as deck chairs/tables in the restaurant etc. were brand new and comfortable. However the main pool had some tiling issues that needed repair. I booked all of my tours through the hotel desk and found them to be very well priced and well organised. The food it restaurant was good and the service was brilliant. I also visited the spa twice, both times we great and the staff there were also incredibly nice. Like I said - my stay was almost perfect, just a couple of things like the main pool tiles and not getting much use out of the in-room pool. However would definitely recommend the hotel and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Beautiful property just minutes from beach, night life, shopping, and restaurants. Beautiful views overlooking the ocean. The service was top notch. Ake and his team went above and beyond at all times. I highly recommend this hotel.
