This lodge caters for a variety of clientele: families with young children, active adults and those wanting a relaxing time getting away from city or business life with single, double or family rooms and chalets, and is pet friendly. We were a real mix of Calgarians, people from BC, tourists from South Africa, USA and UK. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Stoneridge Mountain Resort in Canmore from October 30 to November 1. It was a lovely mountain getaway!
We loved the beautiful mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and comfort of our Mountain View unit. The unit was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Canmore.

Owners Carolyn and Marcus provide a warm, homey environment. The rooms are lovely and clean with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the steam room or sit by the fire in one of the two large living areas. Carolyn, Marcus and staff were more than happy to make our stay enjoyable (made dinner reservations, made up an extra bed in our room for our visiting daughter, and even had an extra phone charger to lend us!).

Hosts were very responsive to questions we had. House was clean and in a great location. The pool was closed do they offered to pay for us to use the local pool, or the Banff Hit Springs. Great service all around.

Second time staying at the Lady Macdonald Inn and we are, once again, very happy with our stay. Clean rooms and lovely lobby. Located within a few minutes walk to downtown Canmore and not right near the train tracks so you get a nice quiet sleep. The best part is their fabulous breakfast that is included. Absolutely delicious and generous!!!! Definitely will be back!!

We made a last minute decision to stay in Canmore for the night while visiting Calgary. We found this resort condo on Expedia for a reasonable price and booked it. Great communication with the manager and easy check in process. The condo was perfect, very clean with little extras like coffee pods. The beds were super comfortable Location was perfect and was on the trail that takes you into downtown Canmore. Our only regret was that our travel plans only allowed us one night stay We plan...
