I needed somewhere to stay overnight because I missed a connecting flight. This hotel had shuttle service, was far enough from the airport that I did not hear planes all noght and had an attached restaurant.
The service was excellent from check in to shuttle and the bonus was the quality of food at the adjoining restaurant.

We had such great customer service from Hameed! So friendly and very accommodating. All the staff at this hotel has gone above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed in on this trip. Wonderfully clean updated rooms. The street can be noisy at times but the staff and cleanliness of hotel make a up for it.

We only stayed for two nights and are already looking forward to our next day here. The hotel has an upscale, but laid-back vibe. There are so many great dining options that are easily walkable and we loved how accessible the hotel was to public transit from the airport.

Would Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking be slightly away from the hustle and bustle. It is a quick uber to downtown and the skytrain is just a few blocks away as well. Good if you plan on visiting Vancouver with a car. VERY CLEAN and nice staff.

From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt as if we had stepped into a by-gone era. The wonderful black and white photos of days gone by, the friendly welcome from the front desk staff, and English Bay beach just steps from the door, we knew that we had stumbled upon what felt to us like a hidden gem.
