"The beds were clean, although there was a random live beetle (not cockroach- I would have left!) on a pillow. The bathroom left a bit to be desired. The grout was dirty, there was no trashcan and the one hook that was suppose to be there was broken off. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. I know it’s NYC and it is very convenient to the airport, but I feel like for $250 for one night, a few things could have been a bit better. "
