"THANK GOODNESS I booked this hotel cause it was storming when I arrived and had no umbrella. It’s the only hotel I saw that was basically connected to the hotel with a covered walkway, almost to the door so I was able to roll my luggage easily and only had to cross the street uncovered to arrive and that saved me and my suitcase from getting soaked!!!!!

5/5 Excellent
"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"
