No utensils, no extra towels, breakfast to go horrible, no working tv for 2 days. No soap tray in bathroom, no manager to talk to and pay for extra towels. 2 microwaves, one broken and smoking, no one tells you and it shoukd have been unplugged, no hangers for the closet.

This hotel ruined our wedding. First, I called to see if i can check in earlier than 3, does not answer their phone and when I get to the location, no one was at the front desk and there were people that were waiting for 15mins. So I come back after 3 and check in but on the way to the room, it smelled like weed and the place was so dirty outside. I didnt know It was this bad. And this is where it made me mad. I was checking out for my groomsmen and I went to the front desk 30 mins before I had to go but again, NO ONE IS AT THE FRONT DESK. I dont understand how you dont have anyone at the front desk and have people wait 20 mins everytime. Someone finally comes in after 20mins and says that i can just leave my room key on their desk. Thats when I was getting frustrated again. Couldnt you put a paper or something to let the guests know that if no one is at the front desk, they can just leave their keys at certain place to get checked out? Of course I got to my wedding late and had to push back some time due to this. Now after the wedding. I come back around 2pm and our room key did not work. So we went to the front desk and guess what. NO ONE IS THERE AGAIN. I waited for 20mins and just decided to go out and come back later. Because no one is there. If its only 1 person working. I feel like you should get more people, if not, at least put up a sign to call certain number or something. We also asked for new towel. Employee said okay, guess what didnt happen. Towel wasnt there.

It took me about 45 to 50 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk, I had to sit and wait. I even tried calling the front desk while in the lobby and the phone just rang and rang. I honestly shouldn’t have been charged for my first night !

The room was not properly furnished. Our room was a double, but had only one chair at the bar and none for sitting or dressing. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to to turn it off.

There was mice poop in the kitchenette, the room had a terrible smell and so did the property, like mariguana... I had to buy air fresheners to be able to stay there. The room was not so clean and things were very old and woren out. The beds were not hotel quality. It was more like a motel. Will not consider in the future.

I heard the manager talk about saving available rooms for 'sales' and they put me in building 3 where it seems that some people, who I am assuming are on welfare, live with their dogs etc which was not ideal due to the noise.

Only issues where, the hotel staff made myself and a lot of other patrons wait an extra hour before check-in. Lastly nobody would ever answer the front desk phone. It seems like it was still on it's night mode even at 11:00 a.m.

30-40 minutes before check out time, room key and WiFi stop working, can not extend stay from the front desk, takes atleast 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, no one answers the site phone number or the room phone calls, takes 2 weeks to get an free exchange of towels, and that’s just a few things
