"We typically stay at the Ritz, W., Four Seasons, Edition or like properties, but a family event took us here. That said the overall property, for its age, was in relatively good condition. The rooms were not large. No double sinks and you get a converted tub with shower. Bed is very firm and the AC is very loud, but it works. The valet and load unload process is very chaotic. "Nice to be near the beach. Rooms are a good size. Not a place for plant based eaters. Very limited. Had to haggle with the beach chair/umbrella guy as the hotel paper given to us said room includes beach chairs and umbrella. Beach guy said umbrella is an extra charge. Later spoke to the hotel and they said its paper is no longer correct and you no longer get an umbrella. Pool area was not pleasing. Would try other places not time. "

"We stayed in a junior suite and loved it. The room was huge, its across the street from the beach and they provide chairs and towels on the beach, and even sunscreen at the pool. You can take free golf carts most places. Warning food doesnt doesnt deliver due to location. Staff was very nice and everyone said hello. "We initially had a bottom floor condo that had a leak and we were immediately moved to an upper floor unit that was a big upgrade, nice finishes and furniture, great balcony with view and convenient to 2 pools. Kids loved the pool slide .we walked to Presidente market for food and ate at the Lebanese restaurant with bellydancing. Only issue is the unit was a little hard to find with all the buildings and not alot of signage. The Wyndham staff was friendly and a bit loud with the DJd pool party...

"We had a great Spring Break at the Wyndham Palm Aire! Our unit in the Royal Palm building was gigantic! We had plenty of space for our family of 5 for the week in our two bed, two bath condo. Spent a lot of time walking the property, swimming at the pool, counting lizards, etc. Would recommend if you are looking for a low key, do nothing but do everything kind of laid back vacation!"

"We travel a lot, but have never stayed at a Hyatt hotel before. Glad we did! We traveled from Canada to Fort Lauderdale for a family vacation and we had a wonderful stay. Lavonne from check-in made us all feel welcome, quickly learned my name, and was lovely to deal with. The employees are all kind, helpful and nice to interact with. "We love this resort. Greeted by the valet staff who practically had the car unloaded before we could get out and say hello! Check in was a breeze as usual. Room was clean and the remodeled bath was lovely. Hotel is right on the ocean with a spacious hot tub, large pool and lots of loungers or sun and relaxation. Near to restaurants shopping and other attractions as if the ocean and pool weren’t enough to keep you busy. Enjoyed breakfast on the covered patio with views of the beach and ocean, so relaxing. Comfortable bed, quiet and safe room, and daily room cleaning not only if you request it like many hotels."
