The hotel was really nice besides the room. We had an ocean view room and the furniture was outdated and cracked, we had a used towel in our room at check in with hair on it, there was dust on the furniture, when they cleaned our room, they didn’t replenish our towels and then housekeeping didn’t speak English and weren’t able to assist us. The outside of the hotel and the beach front was beautiful but our room was a HUGE disappoint. For the price of the hotel, I would never stay here again due to the hotel rooms.

Beautiful grounds. Beach chairs and umbrella are included in the resort fee (if you book on Expedia this $35/day fee will be charged at end of your stay). The ocean front views from the beautiful balconies are to die for. On the negative side: Staff are not very helpful. Pool closes way too early... But the biggest reason why I would never rebook this resort again is the beds. They are only a double and very soft/worn. If a comfortable bed is important to you, don't book this hotel.

Honestly for $650 plus per night with fees and whatnot, I was expecting something a little more classy. Yes it’s a great view from the balcony and the bar and tiki down stairs was nice. But the room was musty, the fridge leaked water all over the floor. The floor was so sandy/dirty we had to wear shoes on the whole time. Then you go into the bathroom and you can see the 2” pipe drains in plain sight. Tacky. Also the toilet, it’s 2023, in a nice property, you can’t get a quality toilet in the bathroom. Embarrassing, I’m a large man, but you can’t even sit in it. If you put the seat down, it’s so fast closing, it slams shut. The water was so high you get splashed on you when you use it. Plus when you poop, you had to hold the lever down until it all was completely gone. If you just press it, you get no swirl. Honestly, I’m blown away how crappy the toilet was, pun intended. We stayed for one night, to celebrate a special occasion, our wedding night. I was trying to set something up really special. 8am the cleaning staff opens the door trying to clean the room. Honestly, was not impressed. For over 600, I just expected a better experience. I guess if you are on spring break, not bad, but for a romantic getaway, not the hotel for you. Plus 35$ per day in hotel charge. The balls on you guys. From 4-11pm, 565$ per night, plus an additional peeking charge and 35$ per day. We were there for 19 hours. Not even a whole day. Disappointed
