We stayed here with my husband and our two kids, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The resort is high quality throughout, and the service was excellent — the staff genuinely goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Highly recommed for families but also for adults.

The staff was wonderful, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s a great place for families and kids to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend it to family and friends. The only thing I would have liked to see was a larger variety of seafood options. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Access to exercise trail and the option to use property bicycle was awesome for me. The kids loved the tidal cove and the parents too as everyone is welcomed to enjoy. Overall great place to stay and lot's more to do.

Room was not clean the balcony slinding door was really dirty and the closet doors were dirty dirty. They turn off the a/c the next morning by 9:00am extremely hot for summer. The breakfast was very good and the property is nice, quiet, safe and close to Aventura Mall.

The hotel is a nice place to stay with kids. They absolutely enjoyed the water park and had a great time. However, the property could use some updates, as the building is starting to show its age. There are three elevators, but only one was working during our stay, and we sometimes had to wait up to 20 minutes to get on. Considering how expensive the hotel is, I expected it to be in better condition. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.

The water park is great however there many downgrades since our last visit. The lounge chairs and umbrellas are really weathered , mildew, sunken chairs. The pools are not visibly clean through out the day. The hotel its self is pretty well maintained but the rooms need a bit of maintenance. Our ac malfunctioned twice, the carpeting was stained. Some furniture had very noticeable wear and tear. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all of our concerns regarding the room. Overall ok experience.
