It also has a full bathroom, bedroom and living room with sofa. There are laundry facilities available in the complex. This is a ground floor condo that faces the Marriott Hotel Hollywood. The complex has a pool and its own private parking space. All utilities included, TV, beach chairs and towels available. This is no smoking property. Also, there are no pets of any kind allowed. The best on the beach, just compare! 30 night minimum stay.
