An amazing property! Though the locations I specifically wanted to go such as Las Olas, using Ubers and such became expensive. I also wasn’t aware of an app called Circuit which is a car that takes you through the strip of Fort Lauderdale for free! It would’ve been nice if the hotel informed us of this. But the rooms were very clean, staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay though maybe I would pick a location closer to Las Olas!

I had such a good experience with this property, I never complained not once , if I had an issue they were able to resolve it and trust me it wasn’t a big problem so that’s good. It’s a beach right across the street .

I really enjoyed staying here at the hotel. The spirit upon arrival is very tasty - but dare not think you'll get another after day 1, lol. The staff were great and helpful. It does not have many room amenities such as microwave etc., but they do have a community station area that needed to be restocked with utensils, but ultimately there to use. Now to the BIG ahha. We thought this was Ocean front it is NOT> to be honest there wasn't many hotels there that were on the beach. This was a little misleading as my entire trip was around relaxing on the beach with a nice cold beverage and this did NOT happen. It is a short walk to the beach. They provide towels and that's about it. Overall, it's worth the money just was a little misleading for me.

All of the front desk staff and housekeeping staff that I encountered were pleasant. The hotel itself looks recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. The rooms are very modern although mine was missing a couch that I was expecting would be there based on pictures and description. Very close to the beach but not right on the beach.

The decor is up to date but that doesn’t matter if the upkeep isn’t there. I could easily tell after entering the room that it had not been properly cleaned in a while. There were stains on the walls as well as someone else’s hair in the shower. There was also multiple stains on the chaise which was one of the final straws of me not wanting to stay.

The staff was terrible they are rude and messed up my whole reservation I had reservations for two rooms and once I arrived they said I didn’t with no where to go I was forced literally to get another room for a different rate they charged my card like ten different times which put me in a very difficult spot had to use other people Uber accounts that’s how bad it was the general manager was pleasant and tried fixing it but it didn’t fix my whole situation which then turned into a chain reaction of problems for me to overdrafts late payments on other things Uber was out of the question location was very inconvenient but like I said it was then a chain reaction. I’m still trying to deal with It was so bad I had a panic attack once I was in the room. Will never book again and like I said the staff besides the GM were all so very rude and not accommodating at all basically telling me don’t know what to say i don’t see your booking when I clearly had the reservation confirmation that they charged me a week before I even came to stay . Again never will book here again
