This was not the cleanest hotel we've stayed in. You could tell it had been smoked in at some point. Was very musty. We had 2 rooms. In the first, the sheets were dirty. Bed made but sheets were dirty. We had to go down to the front desk to get new sheets and then made our own bed. About 20 mins later, 2 unknown men came to our door and started knocking. They were not hotel employees. We were scared. We had to call for assistance. Assistance came immediately but the guys were gone. The lady at the front desk was very gracious and helpful!!! She put us in another room. We went in and alas, there were already people staying in that room. Went back to the front desk and got another room. Finally got settled in. The stay was average. Our other room was musty but okay. The lady at the front desk, again, was phenomenal and helpful but we won't be staying at this place again.

Done with Hampton. The beds are very uncomfortable! Invest in some new, better quality mattresses already! Absolutely one of the most uncomfortable, back busting beds in the motel industry.

We were looking for somewhere in a safe area with an indoor pool. The Hampton Inn was the perfect choice. From our check-in to our room cleaning, we were pleased.

Great service, firm beds
When we arrived to our room, the air conditioner would not let us adjust it. We called down to the front desk & they sent someone up to fix it right away. Our room was very clean. The beds were a little firm for my liking but that is just preference.

We had a decent stay. There were a few things that could’ve made the stay better. There was a hole in the carpet In our room, they only had sugar free syrup available at breakfast and after standing at the front desk for a while had to literally call the hotel from the lobby to get someone to come to the front desk. Pros were the location. Lots of dining and shopping nearby.

It was a very nice, welcoming experience. The lady at check in gave us a little bag for our dog and it had a little dog dinner in it. Very dog friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great.
