"The room was old but functional "

"Be prepared to pay for parking, the website says parking is available, and I also called to see if it was complementary, however, upon arrival they charged us extra $ for parking. Not the end of the world, just would have been nice to know and would recommend that they update their amenities to 'paid parking available'"

"The shuttle was late, stopped at another hotel and didn't ask which airlines so one drop off, had to walk to the other end of airport for my airlines. Breakfast was so bad, even the coffee was so weak."

"The waterpark room was super hot. The water in the bathrooms was like a gentle trickle, both tap and shower. The tap was either ice cold or very hot. The tv had very few, uninteresting channels. Very poorly taken care of building. For breakfast, the only protein was hard boiled eggs. Only fruit was apples. They had a limited amount of yogurt and muffins so they would run out and not refill. The only good thing was the waffles. Juice machine broken and no juice offered. Someone is running this on an extremely cheap budget and you feel it."

"The room was never cleaned by room service. Once again elevators were broken and consistently have been every single time I’ve been there. (4x) Jacuzzi was incredible."
