"We stayed for 8 nights, housekeeping wasn’t great when I asked for our bathroom mirror and toilet etc. to be cleaned and it was not done. Breakfast was bare minimum with the same selection every day, less options then most other hotels. The pool area was nice but the chemicals were off and the water was very cloudy with extra strong smell of chlorine. The location was very convenient with west Edmonton mall only a 2 minute drive away, along with other shopping centres and restaurants."
