« First time staying here. It was very nice and reasonably comfortable. Never met any staff which was a first for me but access was fine. The bed was a very soft; too soft for my liking but I slept fine thankfully. The fireplace in the room was great and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Parking was a bit challenging at times but thankfully it worked out. One of the spots was taken up by a truck that was being worked on which made an already challenging situation for parking more so. « A lovely room close to the Banff Springs Hotel. The room was nice and cosy, and set in a beautiful location. A short walk into town, or to Bow Falls (a must see). »

« It is fine for a short stay. Kitchen is limited for cooking, just 2 burner hot plate on counter, small microwave and no dishwasher. It is a basement apt with considerable noise from people walking around upstairs. Small children running around and up/down stairs. This was during the day and not later than 8:30 or so in the evenings so we ignored it and didn’t bother the owners during our 3 night stay. »
