Just a over night stay small and cozy

Our experience here was over and above what we were expecting. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. From checking in to helping arrange tours to answering our questions. It really felt like they were making efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The room was really nice, quiet, unique and boutique like with pleasing decor, good drawer space in the bathroom, plush towels and a large tiled shower with both a rain and removable shower head. The food in the restaurant was honestly delicious. We had the lamb shank and salmon the first night we were there and the quality of the food was like fine dining. Every element of the breakfast was really delicious as well right down to the potatoes. My husband can't eat dairy and they had lots of dairy free options (including lattes etc.) Staying here really made our experience of Banff so much better. We highly recommend it!

The staff was really helpful. The place is nice and conveniently located to major highways. However we had some issues with the aircondition system and wasn't resolved when we moved out. The aircondition system didn't work properly as it wouldn't stay at the pre-set temperature.

This place was amazing! The staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable with exceptional views no matter what side of the property you stayed on. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. The coffee shop was awesome with wonderful baristas. There was a lake and a hiking trail right behind the property. It’s just about a 5 minute walk to Main Street where all the Canmore shops and restaurants are located. Just a wonderful place to stay. I recommend this place very highly. You won’t be disappointed. We were there 11 nights. Canmore is the best home base to stay to visit all the surrounding beauty. It’s so beautiful and charming. We fell in love immediately.

The facilities were excellent! Absolutely beautiful space. Somewhere there was a disconnect on “checking in” and we wandered around lost and unsure until we made a phone call. Once the call was made though, everything was explained and fairly simple. Would absolutely stay there again!

We made a last minute decision to stay in Canmore for the night while visiting Calgary. We found this resort condo on Expedia for a reasonable price and booked it. Great communication with the manager and easy check in process. The condo was perfect, very clean with little extras like coffee pods. The beds were super comfortable Location was perfect and was on the trail that takes you into downtown Canmore. Our only regret was that our travel plans only allowed us one night stay We plan to return and will for sure book this in the future

Room next to ours had a large dog barking ALL DAY, staff did nothing about it except say that they had called the owners and there was nothing they could do about it. As they weren’t willing to do anything to right the situation I would not stay here again.

The view is unbelievable. The place is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and of course, the bonuses you don’t have to pay for parking. I recommend it 💯
