"The space is nice is comfortable for longer stays. The kitchen had the essentials to cook for a week and the property is in a good spot, walking distance to the city centre. The balcony is quite dirty and was more of a pigeon resort so we didn’t use it. The laundry facility was handy but the machine was a little dirty (no fault of the owner as it is shared with the floor you are on). "The rental accommodations were excellent. Clean. Very easy to locate and access parking. Within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The host had provided info about the rental and even a booklet about Calgary services."

"Just note that what is being advertised is not what you will arrive to find. The balcony is disgusting full of rodent and bird droppings and hasn't been cleaned in a very long time it would appear. Ceilings are peeling and the apartment is very run down and extremely hot. But the biggest complaint is that there is no indication when booking that parking is 2 blocks away and it cost an extra $35 per night.
