"Great location and all the comforts"

"We only planned to stay here for one night because of how close it is to the airport, but this hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free to a queen suite, which made the stay even better. The staff were very attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming throughout. The gym was especially impressive — it felt brand new, very well equipped, and honestly better than some five-star hotel gyms we’ve seen. Parking was also very convenient with the outdoor lot, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We also really liked having access to a self-service laundry room, which was very helpful for washing our clothes during the trip. We also heard that the hotel offers an airport shuttle, which is another great convenience. We would definitely stay here again if we need an overnight stay near YYC in the future."

"I always stayed in this hotel, so I almost know all the staff now. The rooms and matters are very good. All the staff very nice and polite helpful except Night auditors always rude don’t able answer anything. Specially the front desk lady Henna, her customers service is outstanding, thanks you her. "

"It was ok, but on a very windy night, it was extremely loud, and the sound of the wind/rattling overhead signage kept me awake most of the night. Bed not terribly comfy. Staff was great, no complaints other than wind and a creaky bed."

"Rooms were nice. Flight got in late and our connection was 12 hr wait so we got a room. Everything was perfect except the house cleaner next door coming in and out of the rooms. The door slammed each time. I assume it was the house cleaner. Not sure why a guest would be in and out for hours. Was really looking forward to a sleep in as we got in atound 2am. This was not the case."

"Friendly staff and great location. Quite dated with old carpets and door locks that didn’t ever work the first try, but comfortable beds. They need to figure out or improve the radiator situation - I’m not sure if the temperature is lowered when the rooms aren’t in use, but the first night it was so loud it was impossible to sleep through. Fortunately the second night was quieter, but the third night I could hear a similar noise from an adjacent room. Adjusting the thermostat made no difference on the very high temperature. Although not fully the fault of the hotel, someone smoked something rank in a room beside me and it all came through the vents/door and stunk up my room severely. "
