I always book via expedia and it shows that’s there’s a pool in the hotel. When we came they said there’s no pool in the hotel and that expedia doesn’t update it yet. I’ve showed to the staff that there’s a pool stated when I booked it. When we wanted to cancel it they said they cant coz I didnt book directly to the hotel waited for many hrs so they can rely it to the manager afterwards it shows that thwy already updated and shows there’s no pool included in the amenities. So disappointed coz I always book at expedia it’s the first time that it happens my kids are disappointed. We really wanted to move to orher hotel but no option coz they cant refund it! Hope there’s something you can do aboiut it!

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Did not sleep well due to malfunctioning A/C unit which made the room hot at times during the night. The service was very disappointing. I had an overnight stay (layover from 2 days of flying), and I had to lug my own suitcases (all 4 of them) up to my room and back down while the staff looked on. Why advertise as an airport hotel if you don’t cater to guests with bags?
