Beautiful decor. Gorgeous views. Easy communication with the host check in was a breeze. Definitely a must stay if you were in Calgary. Also bed is very comfortable and super soft plus the soaker tub was absolutely amazing ##### William H. Fairly nice little layout with more modern features. Host was quick to answer calls when needed clarity of issues. Great view with close promixity of BMO center. Netflix was available as a streaming service for entertainment. Hot water was great for showers. Tidy and presentable upon arrival. Quiet space to enjoy. Communication was difficult with instructions that were unclear, confusing and were not consistant with what the book in time was to what the host stated. This created difficulties entering the pent space smoothly, creating frustration. Multiple appliences were malfunctioning (microwave didnt open, sink took a long time to drain, one of the sliding doors to the bedroom fell off the track while staying and would not open, balcony door couldnt shut properly leaving it not properly aligned to be able to lock, pinball machine also did not function). There was no instructions or mention about having to pay for parking, resulting in parking tickets that the host advised to ignore, yet tried to claim they put in the confusing instructions which were not the case. Limited amount of blankets for the pull out bed where individuals were cold with requiring using the electric fireplace to stay warm. The space was perfect for our friends and everybody enjoyed the balcony, as well as the pinball machine. Instructions for check in and check out were extremely clear and not hard to mess up. Although communication with the host was quite slow, we managed to get through the night without help. The place was super clean when we got there and although we didn’t drink the wine, the wine rack was indeed stacked. 10/10 would book again. ##### Isabelle D. It was plain as day that we were staying as guests and therefore were met with frustration and dirty glances by residents. We were specifically told not to ask anyone for help or face $1000 fines. There was however no bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the trunk labelled linens. We discovered this once we were in for the night (1:30am) and thought it would be too late to contact management. It was a cold nights sleep for one person as the air conditioner was to be left at a certain temperature. Otherwise this was a great rental unit. ##### Bonnie S. But might have been my mistake. reviewed a lot of properties when booking. Sofa bed only had sheets no bedding so kids were cold. Trunk said bedding inside only sheets We booked four people but only had towels for 3\. Not sure what the point of the rocks on the patio are cut off half of the patio to stand on. did love the view and location nicely decorated. Unfortunately the place had not been cleaned when we arrived. Dirty linens on the floor dirty dishes full garbages etc... Contacted manager and got no answer until after the stay. They appologised and had been a miscommunication with cleaners, they asked that I get back to them and advised that we could work something out. Definitely cannot deny the great location & cleanliness of this VRBO however there are a few things about it I found very misleading and disappointing. The host charged me in USD, which seems ridiculous when booking a canadian vrbo on a canadian website, the parking is not free, the clean up expected before checkout is pretty extensive considering the cleaning fee you are charged when booking, and the host was super unresponsive regarding check in, wifi, etc. Overall not impressed. ##### Jessica W. Our daughter slept on the foldout couch in the very small kitchen/ living room causing a cramped, uncomfortable weeklong stay. The kitchen sink was clogged during the entire week were there despite the owner's assurance that a repairman was on the way each day. The property is nice and safe, and we would consider staying there again if there are only two of us. One complication is that there is only a single key fob - necessary for building and elevator access - so we were unable to separate. Cardinale Restaurant across the street is fantastic! However, our servers told us that they have heard from many customers about one bedroom condos being misrepresented as two bedrooms in these buildings on VRBO. ##### Sam G.
