« Our (basement) unit was flooded on arrival and the tenant upstairs said that the shared laundry area on that level had been flooded for _Weeks_ and he had notified the host multiple times, and nothing had been done. I found large amounts of mold on the walls and many baseboards and doorframes were warped. Obviously, the place had been flooded before that day because mold doesn't grow that fast. We checked in a little after 10pm and left multiple messages with our host who got back to us the next...

« The place is a dark hole buried underground with no windows. Not washing machine or dryer as advertised. The host is rude and disrespectful. And poor communication. We were very cold and when I asked for extra blankets he told me to use the bathroom towels. »
