We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The views down Jasper Ave and watching storms roll in was absolutely spectacular. The unit has a clean, modern, minimalist design that creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The biggest opportunity for improvement would be arrival instructions and we did not find an obvious guide or information sheet. Usually there is a guest book etc. Future guests may find the following information helpful:
* The building is called Peak Residences
* The host lives on the same floor, buzzes you in and leaves the residence unlock with a key on the counter for you to walk in and collect
* The parkade has a clearance of only 6 feet, which may be important for larger vehicles. It’s a parallel spot beside a wall. We needed to know this sooner to bring a different vehicle.
* There is a ground-level parking lot located about half a block south of the building.
* Posting the Wi-Fi password inside the unit would save guests from having to ask the host.
* A pre-arrival guide would give guests less stress
*Bring a sleep mask if you want dark
*Bring earplugs if emergency sirens impact your sleep
A few maintenance items that would make this a home run:
*Replace the worn couch
* Several doors just need lubrication to not squeak
* The bedroom door drags on the floor and could use adjustment.
* The towel bar put back up
* One master bathroom blind has a torn, and other does not close at all.
*Please provide more than 3 large towels for 3 people staying 2 nights
