"We had a good experience in the little blue house! Everything was clean and Amal was fantastic to deal with. Although we didn't indulge on the fresh eggs, they provided fresh eggs from their chicken for us, which was the cutest touch. The only thing that is not clear on the listing that had us confused is that the little blue house is located behind the main blue house. A great stay over all!"

"A wonderful retreat nestled in forested neighbourhood with walking trails. Had to drive to amenities, but not far to Sidney or airport. Hosts were super, suite was well stocked with everything you needed. Special treat were the presence of two wonderful Golden Retrievers, two miniature ponies, and Topaz, the friendly horse. Had a great time (2 nights) and would absolutely stay again."

"The sea view was our main attraction to this property and we were not disappointed. The Salish Sea is a few metres from the house and there are several beach access points within a 10 minute drive of the home. Dennis and Joan have a lovely propety and abeautiful garden. The suite is well stocked with kitchen utensils and a hot plate. There is also a bbq for guest use. The suite is quite comfortable, clean and bright. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "While we had a good night at this property, and the kitchen and common area were great, the place was not particularly clean, there was only one bathroom for 12 beds and the room and bathroom door locks were not functional. We did not know which room was ours and had to figure that out by finding someone who could tell us. It seemed that not all of the work was finished to get this property ready to use. That said, it was peaceful, quiet and calm. "

"Eva and Rob’s place was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a very warm welcome and were even greeted with a gift basket and toys for our dogs! "Beautiful lobby with koi ponds, amazing suites with tv and fireplace in every room, coffee maker is cappuccino style, the rooftop garden was amazing for s’mores and parliament viewing, best weight room in a hotel ever, nice lap pool, there was a washer/dryer unit in the suite! The kitchen was fully equipped pots, pans, dishes, glasses, tea set. Bed was comfortable, outdoor patio was calming. Parking garage safe and quiet "
