A comfortable living space, new private 3 piece bathroom, a new fully equipped kitchenette and Queen bed with good quality sheets, pillows and duvet cover. Also a private outdoor patio with table, chairs and BBQ (in season) for the guest's private use. We provide complementary fruit, good quality coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, butter, jam for your first morning. You will really love this beautifully appointed suite which is on a gorgeous, quiet and secluded Ocean front street on tranquil Ten Mile Point. Most people find this location to be absolutely magical, a hidden gem of a place, with beautiful water view locations all around you. This is the place where outfitters come to watch Sea lions, Killer Whales, and birds of all kinds. Outside you can watch every manner of boat traveling between the Gulf Islands and San Juan Islands and Victoria's inner Harbor, from small fishing boats to large ocean cruise liners. Right across the street you can fish for Salmon and Cod, go scuba diving, paddle boarding and kayaking. Paddle boards can be rented in Cadboro Bay Village. Guest Access •Private entrance around the back of the house using a digital access code provided to you. • New private 3 piece bathroom, new fully equipped kitchenette, induction cooking, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, Coffee maker. • Parking on the street directly in front of the house in a super safe neighborhood. • Private patio, furniture and BBQ for guest's exclusive use Interaction with Guests We interact with guests as much as they prefer. The Neighbourhood Many consider this to be one of the best ocean view locations and walking and cycling locations in Victoria. Lush forests are only a few minutes’ walk from our front door. The location is secluded, tranquil to the point that there is total absence of noise, yet close to Cadboro Bay village for groceries, paddle board rentals, Starbucks, a pub and excellent restaurants. We are close to amenities, 6 minute drive to University of Victoria, Uplands Golf course, and 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. There are 3 water access points very close to the Suite, including famous Smugglers cove beach just around the corner. Getting Around You preferably would want a car or bike to get around as the nearest bus stop is a 20 minute walk from our house, Cadboro Bay village is 3km. Other Things to Note The suite is quiet and comfortable, however the house is newer construction but is not completely sound proof. Beautiful clean suite in a wonderful location. Comfortable bed. Hosts were very helpful and provided nice extra touches such as croissants and fruit. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Ian S. 24 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful neighbourhood, lovely home, gracious hosts We were staying in Victoria for a conference that my wife was attending at the University of Victoria. This property is about a 10 minute drive from U.Vic., so very convenient. We discovered that the neighbourhood was quiet and a great place to go for walks and runs through. The property come fully equipped with everything we needed. There is outdoor space for guests to use adjacent to an amazing garden. We only met up with the host when we arrived, and when we departed, but were very pleasant to chat to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. ##### Ian S.
