"The outside of the property was slightly run down. The hallways were not really clean and smelled. The room itself seemed spotless. The elevators were not working. The front staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. They said the place was undergoing a renovation. Maybe in a few months it will be much better."

"We lucked out and were given a typical hotel room sized room. About 50% of the rooms in this hotel are tiny to claustrophobic, with zero room to even layout your suitcase. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and served in a clean spacious dining room. The hotel location is great as it is next to the Parliament Building and a short walk to the downtown."

"We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the streets but it was soundproof so no street noise. And no sound of other guests during our stay. The black out curtains and the comfy beds made for a good night’s sleep."

"Amenity was very extensive, great value for the money. My 700sqft suite felt very comfortable, however we felt some of the finishing and layout is a bit outdated. Amenity within the kitchen was very helpful for us considering dining in the suite instead of spending extra money dining out. "
