The room was completely different from the pictures shown online. It had a strong unpleasant smell and was very poorly maintained. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them, which made it feel unhygienic and unsafe to stay. Overall, the property was not clean and did not meet basic standards. I was extremely uncomfortable and had to request a refund. No towels in the bathroom, had to grab backup from living area storage.
