We did not like the location of our room as it was 30 ft from the highway at a light. We arrived a day late but notified Expedia and the hotel. We ended up staying 1 one night only as the noise was unbearable and the room was inadequate. Not even a closet or air conditioning. We notified Expedia and the Port O Call management that we would not require the next or third night of our stay. I was told by Port O Call to cancel with Expedia as I did immediately. We returned to Victoria to our previously booked hotel through Expedia as well which we booked through Expedia as well.

This place should be 50$ a night at most. The bed is comfy. The floor Super dirty - wear shoes in your room. I wouldn’t trust them to disinfect for COVID - bring your own cleaning products. Owner: mopping the unit between guests shouldn’t be hard.

Well 1st off our 1st Room was extremely dirty, with stanied sheets and mattresse cover, what looked to be fences or pee on the trim in the bathroom and badk of toilet, some short of fluid staines on the chair provided and dirty floors we told management and the owner about this and was told that sometime they cannot get the stains out of the sheets and mattress covers but they would send in a housekeeper asap to clean properly so we agreed and left for a hour so they could do there job and when we returned we found that all the cleaner did was remake the beds and wash out the sink and toilet bowl but didnt adress anything eles so we asked to change rooms it took 2 days to get a new room and then the new Room was nicer but smelt like septic which we found out later that the toilet was not bolted down and it rocked side to side when sitting on it, we also found drug paraphernalia bags under one of the beds, blood drops on the pillow cases and dirty floors as well, when we where assured by management and the owner that this room was new and never stayed in.. then one day after changing rooms we arrive back to our Room to see that there was a housekeeper in our room without our permission and no ppe gear on...... we spoke to the owner about this and she was extremely rude and told us there is nothing she can do about this and if we weren't happy we could leave with no refund... this is totally unacceptable 😤

Nice bed , dirty floor but pleasant hostess. Shower water tap wouldnt shut off as we were leaving. We waited till they arrived back to hotel to leave.
